Acai Berry
Açaí is one of natures richest sources of anthocyanins a type of bioflavonoid. Anthocyanins make up the purple, red, and blue-black pigments found within certain berries, fruits, plants, and flowers. The fruit of açaí also contains protein, fiber, enzymes, vitamin E, amino acids, minerals (potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, manganese, zinc, and boron), phytosterols, and beneficial fatty acids. Acai Berry is reported to increase metabolism and energy.
Green Tea Extract
All teas (green, black, and oolong) are derived from the same plant, Camellia sinensis. The difference is in how the plucked leaves are prepared. Green tea, unlike black and oolong tea, is not fermented, so the active constituents remain unaltered in the herb.

Guarana is a small bean that grows predominantly in South America, especially in the Amazon jungle. The Guaraná plant contains guaranine, a substance that chemically resembles caffeine and so acts as a stimulant. Guarana contains a compound called Methylxanthine, the source of its energy boosting properties.
Chromium Polynicotinate
Chromium is an essential trace mineral that helps the body maintain normal blood sugar levels. It may help to decrease body fat and improve muscle tone. Chromium Polynicotinate has greater biological activity than other forms of Chromium, including sources from picolinate.
